Job Title: Senior PHP Developer Location: Makati Salary: Negotiable (ranges from 100k to 150k) Position Summary:
The PHP Developer will be a part of an exciting and growing client who is based the USA. The client invests considerable effort in the quality of code they produce, and developers find that they considerably improve their coding skill levels working with the company’s talented team.
Qualifications: • Motivated object oriented server side development PHP developer (more focus on the back end than the we UI) who takes pride in developing quality code • Experience and a passion for test driven development using PHPUnit • Has experience in enterprise frameworks (such as Zend, Symphony, Laravel, etc.) • Knowledge and experience with code and infrastructure security techniques • Must be well experienced with SQL (MySQL is a plus) • Familiar with GIT/GitHub • Willing to extend shift when needed for deadlines • Should be self-motivated team player and must have the independence and initiatives to work without day-to-day supervision
Preferred skills but not essential: • Has experience in Behat and and or Codeception or other such testing frameworks • Knowledge of the Laravel framework is a plus, but not required • Has experience using ExtJS • Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) would be a plus • Python experience is a big plus • UX/UI design experience is a plus
Requirements: • Bachelor’s /College Degree, Computer Science/ IT or equivalent • # years solid experience in related field • Must be willing to work in Makati • Must be willing to work in swing shift up to midnight 5pm to 2am
