Hiring for Commercial Integration Analyst
Prosource Business Solutions Inc. is currently in need of Commercial Integration Analyst. This person will be deployed in Alabang area for a permanent employment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Manager
of Enterprise Architecture and Integration, the Integration Support Analyst is
responsible for providing global operational support of the application
middleware environment to meet incident and request service level agreements
utilizing the ITIL framework. The Analyst performs queue management, issue
triage, service request fulfillment, represent and implement emergency changes,
root cause investigations, maintenance activities, fulfillment of life cycle
activities, environment builds, as well as incident resolution of issues and
problems which are ambiguous and complex.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
·
Incident &
Service Request Management, resolve pro-active/monitored issues, identify &
escalate reoccurring problems, and resolve issues reported by other IT teams or
trading partners. Troubleshoots
moderately complex application software issues, and utilizes a standard and
full knowledge to resolves issues.
·
Works with the IT business partnering capability
and interacts with management, consultants, and users to compile and prioritize
enhancements and defect resolutions to applications and successfully implement
changes. Performs moderately complex ongoing application and system support. Participates in performance improvement
activities.
·
Queue Management to ensure timely communications
regarding response and resolution to; incidents, service request or general
tasks assigned to the Remedy queue, providing standard information regarding
the integration and deployment of applications across the business.
·
Review code changes for completeness,
scalability and adherence to existing patterns.
·
Create/Update Standard Operating Procedures.
·
Completes emergency support tasks to bring
applications back online.
·
Acts as liaison with Developers and Offshore
Support Analysts to understand functional specifications.
·
Good understanding of processes - ITIL Incident,
Problem, Change & Release Management.
Qualifications and
Education:
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in
Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
·
Must be adept in
capturing customer requirements and translating them into applicable process
and technology architectures.
·
3-5 years' experience
implementation in enterprise class systems.
·
3-5 years in messaging
middleware such as TIBCO EMS, FTL or RV, MQ Series or open JMS.
·
3-5 years in TIBCO
Active Matrix Business Works integration technologies, adapters and frameworks.
·
3-5 years with
development and security of enterprise SOAP and HTTP web services.
·
Experience with TIBCO
Active Matrix administration tools such as Hawk and Administrator.
·
Experience with Java
application development is a plus.
·
Experience with any
of the following technologies, TIBCO Business Connect B2B Gateway, Spotfire,
MDM, Active Spaces and Business Events is a plus.
·
Experience with
administration, deployment and performance tuning of relational DBMS and SQL is
a plus.
·
Knowledgeable with
source control management tools and processes, specifically Subversion.
·
Strong use of
Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·
Must have excellent communication and
Co-ordination skills and be very self-motivated.
·
Strong management, analytical, troubleshooting
and problem-solving skills with the ability to establish effective working
relationships and contribute in a team environment.
·
Self-starter, Proactive and can work with
minimal supervision
·
