We must keep a high standard with regard to the job requirements that we are posting. Maybe the requirements and qualifications for the requirement gives more opportunities to candidates that does not have any experience yet or have not finished college but let us impose that the job that we are offering is with high standards and that the company we are representing is equipped and capable of sustaining the needs of the candidates.

We, as headhunters should change the way we source for applicants. No job is easy! Job application should not be easy, it should be rigorous in order to determine one's skills, stregnths and capabilities.
