• High school graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in graveyard schedule
• No issues being endorsed by a head hunter company such as Prosource
• Must have the capability to show up once scheduled for a recruitment process with the client
• Must have very good listening skills
• Willing to undergo 2 to 3 face to face interviews with the client and take online communication skills assessments
